VINYL DEEP

Purpose: for reinforcing various porous, moisture absorbent, puttied, plastered, gypsum plaster, concrete surfaces as well as surfaces plastered with limy-gypsum plasters, surfaces puttied with limy, chalky and other very weak putties before puttying and painting. For internal works. Properties: the primer is deep-penetrating into the surfaces, reinforces it and does not form a film. Putties and paints stick on the primed surface very well. Surface preparation: the background must be clean, robust and dry. It is necessary to remove prolonged-release agents, such as oils, greases, dust or old refinishing paint. Conditions for priming: surface and ambient temperature during work and drying must be at least +5°C; optimum conditions are at +20°C and 65% of relative humidity. Priming: the primer must be well shaken before the priming. For solid surfaces, if necessary, the primer can be diluted up to 50% with water. The primer must be evenly applied with a brush, swab, roller or with an airless sprayer. The second layer may be applied after 1 hour. Input: 50 – 200 ml/m² depending on absorption of the surface.

Duration of drying: in temperature of +20°C and relative humidity of 65%: surfaces covered with the primer can be painted only after the primer is fully dried, i. e. after 10-12 hours. Cleaning of tools: wash the tools with water immediately after work. Storage and transportation conditions: at least + 5ºC and not higher than +30°C in a tightly sealed pot. Protect from direct sunlight and freezing! Environmental and work safety: do not pour paint into drains, water reservoirs or soil. The primer has a mild specific odour. Avoid breathing vapor/aerosol. Avoid contact with eyes, skin or clothing. In case of contact with the eyes, immediately wash it with a large amount of water. In case of insufficient ventilation wear suitable respiratory protective equipment. If swallowed, immediately call a poison control center or doctor. Keep away from children. EUH208: may cause an allergic reaction. Contains 3(2H)-izotiazolonas, 5-chloro-2-metil- mišinys su 2-metil-3(2H)-izotiazolonu, 1,2-benzizotiazol-3(2H)-onas.
