Purpose: for smoothing the plasterboard, plaster, concrete and other mineral surfaces before painting with water-dispersion paint of class 1-5 or paperhanging, as well as for glueing paper tapes on plasterboard joints and on the joints of the inner and outer corners. For interior work. Properties: ready for use, lightweight, well adhesive with a surface, paper, and paper-metalized tape, a mild specific smell, easy to apply and smooth, quick-drying, with very little shrinkage, does not crack, easy to grind. Surface preparation: surfaces must be clean, firm and dry. Clean the adhesion-reducing materials such as grease, oil, dust, the residue of adhesive and mortar, old flaking paint, and chalk surfaces. Prime the prepared surfaces with Maiorum primer Vinyl DEEP before applying putty. Application conditions: the surface and ambient temperature during operation and drying must be at least +5°C, optimum conditions for application are at +20°C and 65% relative humidity.
Application: if necessary, mix the putty lightly up to a uniform mass before use. Apply the putty manually (with a trowel) or mechanically in 0,2 - 3 mm layer and level. Apply another coating layer only after the first putty layer is completely dry. Between layers, if they are grinded, prime with Maiorum primer Vinyl DEEP. Use grinding net from No. 120 to No. 220. If the puttied surface was grinded use primer VINYL DEEP prior to painting. Yield: ~1,3 kg/m² applying 1 mm thickness of a layer. Drying time: at +20°C temperature and relative humidity 65%: ~2 - 36 hours (depending on the applied putty layer). Tool cleaning: rinse the tools with water immediately after work. Storage and transport conditions: at least +5ºC and no more than +30ºC in a tightly sealed container. Protect from direct sunlight and freezing! Environmental and occupational safety: do not pour the putty into drains, water reservoirs or soil. Use skin and eye protection measures. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice. Keep away from children. EUH208: may cause an allergic reaction. Contains 1,2-benzizotiazol-3(2H)-onas.
